'YOUR CONNECTED FAMILY' COACHING PROGRAMME

This is my most amazing and thorough programme in which I get into your family system and dig in and teach you how to transform your family life full of chaos, overwhelm and stress into a family life full of balance, understanding and connection.

This is a 12- month programme in which your whole family participates!

When signing up for this programme, your family gets:

• A 90 minute “Get Clear on our Family Overwhelm’ session in which we create clarity on how your family is functioning right now and how you want it to be functioning from this day on.
• An assessment on your personality and that of your partner so that we get clear on your dynamic as parents and life partners.
   After this assessment, we set dates for your family intensive coaching experiences.

These will include:

• Four 7-days immersions in which every family member gets one-on-one time with me.
• During the first ‘Kick-off into Balance’ week I will assess your family situation by talking to you, your partner and your children and initiate the coaching relationship.
• The second week will take place 3 months after our initial kick-off week.
• The third week will take place after we’ve been working together for 6 months.
• And the fourth week will be a closing week in which we evaluate and celebrate your wins.

Between our immersion weeks you will get:

•  2 Zoom sessions a month.
•  Reviews and tracking of your progress between sessions.
•  Recording of our Zoom sessions so that you can focus on the session without having to take notes and even redo exercises and techniques we practiced during the session.
•  8 ‘Help me, I’m overwhelmed’  Emergency sessions. You, your partner and even your kids can use these when they need it!
• Unlimited email access for questions on how to handle certain situations with your children or yourself or if you need support in any other way.
• Me, with a  life-long package of experiences as a sensitive person, 20 years of experience as a sensitive mother of highly sensitive spirited children and more than a 16 years of experience as an entrepreneur, psychologist, life coach and energy worker. I will be expertly guiding you, compassionately holding space for you and lovingly kicking your behind when you need it.
