My journey started as a very personal questâeach new healing modality was like peeling an onion, revealing more of my true self (and yes, sometimes it made me cry!). I didnât dive into Quantum energy healing thinking Iâd end up helping others. Nope, it was all about fixing me and keeping my family (who are my greatest teachers) sane. My kids? Theyâre my gurus, and my husband? Well, he had more faith in me than I didâso much so that he started sending people my way, bless him!
Thatâs how, alongside my child psychology practice for the gifted and highly sensitive, I found myself opening up an energy healing practice and sharing the magic of Quantum healing with others.
My Quantum world really kicked off in 2007 when I got hooked on The Intention Experiment. Since then, Iâve dived into everything from Touch of Matrix (my main squeeze) to Soul Body Fusion, NLP, the Emmet technique, and a whole bag of Hypnotic tricks. Iâve also played with Qure Energetic Connections, Family Constellations, Spontaneous Transformation Techniques, and the Sedona Method. Letâs not forget Lynne McTaggartâs Power of 8 âa game-changer for sure!
All this exploring has not only sharpened my own healing gifts but also sparked others to dive into theirs. Now, Iâm living a life thatâs better than I ever imaginedâand the best part? My family thrives right along with me!

In 2017, I jumped into a new adventure and co-facilitated the Vibrant Sensitive Healing Circle, which ran until 2020. Let me tell you, the power and experience of that circle transformed my world in ways I never imagined. In 2018, nestled within the support of the circle, I took a deep dive into my own soulâexploring my deeper truths, tapping into my soul-generated intuitions, and emerging with more confidence than I ever thought possible. Quantum leaps? Oh yes, I made them in spades!
Life was moving fastâwe even moved countries twice in two years before finally finding our dream home in Portugal. But the real shift came in 2019 when I fully stepped into my soulâs purpose as a TEACHER (Iâm a number 7, after all). Thatâs when I created the Quantum Teaching Circle, and for six months, I had the privilege of guiding five incredible women on their own journeys. Those six months were amazing! I taught as much as I could, and let me tell you, you really realize how much you know when you start teaching itâha! That was a promise I made to myself and kept with gusto. Teaching all things Energy has become my passion, and Iâve been spreading the magic in different formats ever since!

In 2021, I launched the Your Passion Project = Your Life membership coaching program, which ran for two incredible years. In this space, I wove together energy healing, ancient wisdom, and modern scienceâsupercharged by my Heroic Coach certification. It was a transformative journey for everyone involved.
And then... I took a break. I thought I was done, ready to just kick back and enjoy the amazing life Iâd manifested (which, trust me, I have!). Iâm constantly in awe of what Iâve created. But, as it turns out, thatâs not how purpose works. Once a healer, always a healer. Once a teacher, always a teacher. So, in 2024, my soulâs purpose gave me a good nudge (okay, maybe a kick!) back into action.
As I continue to raise my frequency into integrity, truth, and wisdom, I find myself shifting into timelines and possibilities that I never could have imagined before. The journey just keeps getting better!
